Billing & Subscription
Why We Don’t Offer Refunds
Because you can fully test the service during the free trial and continue to receive access until the end of your billing period, we do not issue refunds for unused time or partial billing periods.
This is standard for subscription-based digital services.
Refund Policy
All subscription payments are non-refundable, except where required by law. Refunds are not issued for partial periods, unused days, missed usage, or cancellation after billing.
If a genuine billing error occurs (for example, a duplicate charge), please contact us and we will resolve it promptly.
